Accessing Your Billing History
Baleport provides a complete record of every payment you’ve made on the platform. From your dashboard, you can open the Billing section to view a list of your past transactions — each associated with a specific shipment ID.
Downloading Receipts & Invoices
Every shipment you pay for generates an itemized receipt that includes:
Date of payment
Hauler’s bid amount
Platform fees
Taxes (if applicable)
Total cost
Payment method
Shipment reference details
These receipts can be downloaded or printed directly from your account.
📑 Receipts are automatically emailed to you as well — perfect for bookkeeping or expense tracking.
Using Receipts for Tax Purposes
If you operate a business or use Baleport for commercial shipping, these receipts can be submitted as part of your tax deductions for logistics, transportation, or freight expenses. Always consult your tax professional for individual guidance.
