Why Verification Matters
Your phone number and email are the foundation of your Baleport account. They make it possible for you to receive real-time shipment alerts, communicate with haulers, and recover your account if you’re ever locked out. Verifying both ensures that only you can access sensitive shipment and payment information.
How Phone Verification Works
When you create your Baleport account, you’ll be asked to enter a valid mobile number. A quick SMS code is sent to confirm that the number belongs to you. After you enter the code, your phone becomes a trusted device on your account.
🔐 A verified phone number is required for important actions like payment confirmation and identity updates.
Email Verification
Your email address is used for receipts, shipment notifications, password resets, and account changes. You’ll receive a verification link after signing up.
Click the link, and your email will be marked as verified.
If you don’t see the email:
Check your spam folder
Resend the verification link from your settings
Keeping Your Contact Info Updated
If you ever change your phone or email, make sure to update it promptly in your account settings so you don’t miss important updates.
