When to Use Load Duplication

Use this feature for:

  • Regular weekly hay or equipment deliveries

  • Repeat supply runs to the same destination

  • Shipments with similar cargo and requirements

How to Duplicate a Load

  1. Navigate to My Loads in your dashboard.

  2. Find a completed or archived load.

  3. Click ⋯ (More Options) → Duplicate Load.

  4. Update only the details that changed (date, location, or notes).

  5. Review the suggested budget and post your new load.

What Carries Over

✅ Title & Description

✅ Pickup & Drop-Off Locations

✅ Weight, Category, and Dimensions

✅ Photos and Equipment Requirements

What You Should Update

⚙️ Dates (pickup/delivery)

⚙️ Budget (system recalculates based on new route)

⚙️ Notes or special requirements
