Creating Your First Load

Step 1: Go to “Post a Load”

In your shipper dashboard, click “Post a Load” in the top navigation bar. You’ll see a detailed form divided into three sections:

  1. Pickup Details

  2. Drop-Off Details

  3. Load Information

Step 2: Enter Pickup & Drop-Off Information

Provide complete addresses or pin exact map locations.

  • Pickup Date – When your hauler can collect the load.

  • Drop-Off Location – The delivery destination.

  • Dock Availability – Check this if loading docks or forklifts are available.

💡 Tip: Accurate locations help calculate mileage and budget suggestions automatically.

Step 3: Add Load Information

Describe what you’re shipping clearly.

Include:

  • Category (e.g. hay, livestock, equipment, vehicles)

  • Weight and dimensions (ft or lbs)

  • Quantity or piece count

  • Fragility or temperature requirements

  • Loading assistance (if required)

  • Any special handling notes

Attach photos if available — this helps haulers assess transport needs accurately.

Step 4: Choose Load Visibility

Select Public or Private visibility.

  • Public: Open to all verified haulers.

  • Private: Invite specific haulers from your past shipments.

Step 5: Review & Submit

After filling out the details, click Preview Load to double-check everything.

When ready, hit Post Load. Your load will appear in the marketplace, and haulers can start submitting bids.
